The Chip Eng Seng group has a long, interesting history dating back to almost 60 years ago when it started as a building subcontracting business. Founded by a building subcontractor by the name Mr Lim Tiam Seng, in The 1960s, with the aim to subcontract for conventional landed properties, the business has made an exciting history that is characterized by quality work, competitive pricing and winning of a lucrative project from the government, etc.

Chip Eng Seng has been recognized the Most Transparent Company in construction at The Investors’ Choice Awards organized by the Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS) in the past.
